The Big Kitchen Centre Limited accepts the following payment methods:
Credit/Debit Cards:
We accept this payment method through our dedicated merchant gateway. To use this payment method just select the Pay With Credit Card option after completing your personal details at checkout, you will then be forwarded to the secure payment gateway on our site (you the customer are fully protected by 128bit SSL encryption). Complete your credit card details on the form and then click 'Complete Order'. We never see your card details.
IMPORTANT: Do not click 'Complete Order' more than once as this may result in you being charged more than once for an item.
Switch/Maestro: You may be asked for your cards 'issue number', we are aware that this may not be on your card now. We have found that the transaction will likely be approved if you use '0' as the value in the absence of an issue number on the card.
Google Checkout:
For Google Checkout account holders - Select the Google Checkout payment option and you will be forwarded to the Google Checkout site. Enter your login details and authorise payment to us.
Paypal:
For Paypal account holders paying for items could not be easier. Select the Paypal payment option where you will be forwarded to the paypal site. Enter your login details and authorise payment to us.
Cash Payment for customers wishing to pick up their items:
Do not send cash by post as payment to us, we cannot accept liability for payments that are lost in transit.
If you intend to pay cash and pick up items in person from The Big Kitchen Centre, please feel free to ring us to arrange a convenient time to pick up your items. Please note that collection is strictly by appointment only.
